Jill is an experienced strategic business consultant who has been leading transformation and enabling change in service operations for over 18 years. She has worked as an IT director, business leader, PMO manager, project manager, department manager and HR business partner across multiple industries. 

Jill has experience in leading projects, supporting change management, strategic planning, operationalizing strategic goals, project portfolio prioritization, portfolio management, improving business processes, IT budgeting and cost optimization. She has worked at a regional bank, investor owned utility company, software development company, the public sector and a consulting firm.

She earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin. She earned her PMP credential from the Project Management Institute in 2011 and focuses her continuing education on agile transformation, strategy and human resources topics. She also has an aPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute. 

Jill understands that the “people side” of transformation is the hardest part and has an approachable style with direct communication to collaborate and communicate with all levels of an organization.
